TYPE Main Processed Products Equipment Characteristics
Centrifugal Disc, Washer BURR grinding force based on strong centrifugal force is outstanding and grinding takes up a short period of time, but it is unsuitable for processing products with structures vulnerable to deformation(bending).
Spiral Washer, Bracket This is the most basic barrel machine also known as ‘garangee’, and grinding takes up a long period of time, but elaborate barrel effects can be gained by applying rpm/time suitable for products.
Rotary Anchor, Cap, Bracket Its interior is manufactured as a ribbed-type based on polyurethane molding, and it produces grinding force 15 time stronger compared to that of vibratory type since it produces spiral turbulence during processing. In addition, based on delicate frictional force in between abrasive material and product, it creates less dents and outstanding illumination.
Vibratory Anchor, Cap, Bracket This barrel machine allows rotation and revolving of grinding wheel and product by vibrating itself based on the vibration and screw motion occurring due to the angle of vibrators attached to both ends of vibration motor.
In addition, grinding is performed based on the friction force created when vertically/horizontally rotational form is formed.
